Mateja Pušnik

A kindergarten teacher who is very close to sport and music.

She was present at the first NoStress Ukulele workshop and is also the first member of the NoStress Ukestra, as the group's idea leader created the team based on the individuals present at the Pekoskop project ukulele workshops, organised by IndiJanez and Ukulele NoStress.

Mateja provided NoStress Ukestra with its first rehearsal space, without her the group would have had a much harder time in its first year. At the same time, she raises the energy in rehearsals and concerts with her calm nature, kindness and positive thinking.

She says: "I spend half of the year in the snow and the other half exploring the hidden corners of our beautiful planet with my family in my house on wheels. I always take my ukulele with me." :)
